Execution-focused leader

15+ years building teams, remediating underperforming assets, and driving value from concept through operations — across industries, with a through-line of optimization: finding better ways to power what matters and investing effort where it compounds.

About

Technical depth. Executive accountability.

I'm an execution-focused leader with direct experience across energy, capital, construction, infrastructure, and software — not confined to one industry, but united by a builder's mindset and a bias for measurable results. I've spent my career creating material value through optimization, value engineering, and disciplined delivery.

Whether it's a stalled project, an underperforming asset, or a team that needs standards and direction, I bring hands-on technical credibility and executive-level ownership. I partner with investors and operators on performance, risk, and execution — with Series 65 licensure — and I build the software and systems when off-the-shelf tools fall short.

Beyond the desk

Builder at heart

The same drive that shows up in the boardroom shows up at home — I run a hobby farm, keep bees, breed and raise poultry (chickens, quail, turkey), restore and maintain equipment, and self-perform construction on personal projects — including a self-built 24 kW PV system. I'm also big into fitness: strength training, diet, and daily discipline. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that hard problems get solved by showing up and doing the work.
